Recipe for Tiste

Could someone give me a simple recipe for the drink Tiste?
I can't seem to find it here in Miami, and I wanted to try and do it myself.

Hi there, just find pinol, if you can find the cacao beans with the skin on you have to toast them peel and grind then combine with pinol adding water as needed for the consistency of the tiste. To make the drink add water, sugar to taste and beat. Voila!

2 Lbs. Tortilla
1/2 Lb. Cacao
138 Pimientas dulces
Azúcar
Agua
Las tortillas se ponen en agua para suavizarlas, el cacao se tuesta y descascara, mezclar las tortillas suavizadas con el cacao y pimientas dulces, moler la mezcla. La masa resultante se usa para conformar cilindros de una y media pulgada de grueso por cuatro pulgadas de largo.

Esta masa se diluye en agua al espesor deseado, se endulza al gusto y se sirven en jicaras con hielo picado.
