This is a light hearted video I made from my experience riding down the Cerro Negro volcano in Nicaragua. It's the most active volcano in the World. There were 14 of us riding down the mountain and we joked about each others national pride. I was the only Aussie in the group, so here is my video response to a great day out after recording the fastest speed for the day. Crazy Horse Ride in Nicaragua with the GoPro video [04:45]
It's been a while since I had ridden a horse. So when Holly Beck asks me to go horseback riding during one of her surf camps, I hesitatingly said yes. Had I known the horse would run away and try and knock me off his back, I would've stayed behind and drank beer with the other smart girls on the beach instead. But then again, I wouldn't have had the privilege to experience such a wild ride! This video was shot with my new gopro HD 2. It's very funny and scary at the same time. enjoy!

nicaragua : guasacate beach [00:26]
this is guasacate beach on nicaragua's pacific coast. it is just north of popoyo beach, a popular surfing location. video was shot in sept 2011 and taken about the middle of this 1+ mile long beach. guasacate itself is a beautiful hidden wonder in nicaragua. accessed via a 2 hour or so ride on dirt backroads, it is harder to reach than many other popular beaches. the break it fairly strong, so it is not an ideal swimming beach, but the ambiance of everything is A+
