Our dogs Bailey & Roxy will be traveling with us around the world. That adds another layer of complexity and planning but it is well worth it. We will be initially driving to Guatemala through Mexico, then we'll be staying the Central American countries (Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama) We had to visit their veterinarian to get current on their vaccinations, get their microchips (that's for our trip to the European Union next year) and we got the export import forms. Bailey & Roxy were real troopers and we're on the way to finalizing all the requirements. They will join our white collar vagabond lifestyle!

Founded in 1819 and given the name of Leal Villa de Santiago de Managua, the city began life as a rural fishing village.[3] Efforts to make Managua the capital of Nicaragua began in 1824, soon after the Central American nations became independent from Spain.
