Parque central in Leon, Nicaragua. [01:00]
Lots of Museums to explore and the people are very friendly. Walking by a war museum yesterday some men that spoke very good English called me over and asked if I was an American. They were very eager to explain Leon, Nicaraguas history to me. I think the city really comes alive at night and its such a relief from the midday heat. Plenty of food carts to grab a bite to eat.

Visiting painters, the local boat builder, school, museum and the chapel on the big island, we make friends and learn about the local community. Art imitates life and nature, the painters paint what they see, it's easy to see what their inspirations are. At the end of our visit, the people threw a big fiesta to celebrate or friendship. ...
