The host Jonathan Drew is the most well versed man in the entire cigar/tobacco industry. He is passionate about what he does, and extremely knowledgeable. He is so personable while you are staying as a guest of his. He is a laid back cat, and really makes sure you have an amazing trip while you are there. You get to take a private tour of his factory, as well as see the real Nicaragua. He is so kind that in the end of your tour he takes his own personal time to afford you the opportunity to have a private blending session where he helps you choose which wrappers, fillers, and binders to use in your own personal custom cigars. Jonathan's host, Pedro is an amazing guy and super knowledgeable about he Nicaraguan culture, as well as Jessi the artist for Drew Estate, he is extremely talented and also takes you on a tour of the artist studio. In our visit to Nicaragua, we have the chance to visit Bluefields, Managua and some of the cities near the capital of Managua , very nice country and their colonial style architecture is so beautiful, the small Pueblos are so peaceful!! it was a very nice experience. in Masaya the Folklore city we encounter a very particular place in the local Park Plaza, the owner, Mr.Manuel Ramirez and his Wife Xiomara are the only place in town with the most adorable concept of HIGH SERVICE!, Manuel told us that he designed the Table set very High to prevent the local street people and drunks to bother his customers!!, an unique concept and a very secure one.

The Nicaraguan Riviera SA Canadian Corruption: Saturday, 5 February 2011, 10 thugs hired by The Nicaraguan Rivera SA & led by Octavio Delgadillo marched thru Salinas Grandes, Leon, Nicaragua like army ants destroying everything in their paths of two families properties. The Nicaraguan Rivera SA has been trying to steal land that does not legally belong to them & have been bulling the Nica People of Salinas Grandes to give up their land. As Rick Hilborn the spokesperson for the Nicaraguan Rivera SA states in an email we do things the "Nica Way".
