El Limonal is a community in Chinandega, Nicaragua that sits beside the city dump. Every day, families with young children go into the dump and dig through trash in search of plastic and metal to recycle. This makes an income of about 1 US dollar a day which is just enough for their survival of their family. This song is their story.
