Intro to dory sailboat race May, 2011 in Bluefields, Nicaragua

This is the intro to the documentary of the dory sailboat race that took place on the 21st of May, 2011. The sailing dories (cayuko in Spanish) are carved out of a single tree, shaped with hatches, chisels and sandpaper and painted for race day. There are three categories, A, B and C corresponding to the big dories, medium length and small boats. The leave from the wharf and round a buoy about two miles away, receive a flag, then the first one back to the wharf is the winner.
