La Loma, San Juan Del Sur - Stormy Weather
Here are the spectacular views from La Loma (the hill) on a cloudy day in summer. From the plateau at the top of the hill, you can see the Pacific coastline, including the ring-shaped cove at San Juan del Sur. The coast of Costa Rica is visible to the south. Rolling farmland and pasture extend as far as the eye can see. Facing away from the Pacific, you look straight at the enormous Lago Cocibolca (Lake Nicaragua), graced with the two volcanos, Concepcion and Maderas.
