Help in Visiting Nicaragua

We are going to visit Nicaragua next september (3 adults)

Can anyone help us out in preparing this journey. What we should see and do to get a good impression of the country and its people.

Our main interests are : Culture, Nature (Vulcanoes, sea, jungle,...) and the habits and ways of the people. We would love to get to know some people over there.

Can anyone help us out preparing this journey, since we only have TWO weeks and we would like to make the most out of it.
