We're arriving in Nicaragua on March 3rd for a week. While I have been researching the country there does sound like there is an incredible amount to see and do. As we are only there for one week, I feel we would be up for three to four days of tours. Could anyone suggest an itinerary for us. We are a couple traveling with a 12 yr old boy.
Are U.S. travellers cheques readily accepted? Is there ATM banking services? What is the best way to get connected with locals for the tours? Any info you can provide is much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing your beautiful country.
