I think it is a good investment. not a realtor, this is between the following two cities, on Laguna de Apoyo, Managua and Granada, made 40% in 1 1/2 yrs if it sells ? Next was a lot 15 min N of San Juan DS, made 25% on it , it should sell to people from Cal. Have an ocean lot at Guacalito, white sand, marina, golf, resort, condos, Italian developers with money
