I will be in Nicaragua for 3 weeks from 14 March and wish to camp, mainly on Pacific side of the country. Can anyone advise me where sites are as far South as San Juan del Sur? Thanks.

I may be mistaken, but as far as I know, there are no campground facilities in Nicaragua, in San Juan del Sur you may be able to rent a room a very good prices, just don't expect to get it next to the beach; ask around the town.
