Help! Things to do In Nicaragua

Im doing a project on Nicaragua and I need....
A hotel (a major one)
A Good beach (maby by the hotel )
And about 3 places to visit,that have to do with history.

near to the airport hotel las mercedez
beach hhmm let me see could be san juan del sur
and you can go to leon,granada and of course MASAYA
