don't believe the hype...Nic. is safe

I just came back from Nicaragua. I went for Semana Santa. I'm not from Nic., I speak Spanish with different accent, I look gringita and I traveled in a rental car...and believe me, don't believe the hype about Nicaragua being unsafe is like anywhere, just be careful. I traveled in and out of Managua day and night and I was stopped by police officers about six times more than all my life in USA, so my recomendations have fun, travel with someone who lives in Nicaragua and travel with a copy of your passport, and that's it, ahh have fun.

This my second time in Nicaragua after 9 years, and Nicaragua just got better. Next time I'm not waiting so long, by the way I'm planing to go this November. This a beautiful country without the destruction of developments and its people are friendly. The only thing that I didn't like traffic especially in Managua and police officers' corruption. If you're going on vacation this is the place to go.

I THINK THAT IS NICE THAT YOU WENT TO NICARAGUA ,NICARAGUA IS ONE OF THE MOST BEUTIFUL PLACE IN THE WORLD I LOVE NICARAGUA THAT I GO 5 TIME A YEAR I HAVE BEEN IN MIAMI SINCE I WAS 5 BUT I LOVE AND ADORE MY COUNTRY I THINK THAT ITS NICE FOR OTHER PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TO GO TO NICARAGUA BECOUSE IT KEEPS TOURISM UP AND WE DO HAVE ALOT TO SHOW OFF IN NICARAGUA WE HAVE OUR LOVELY PEOPLE AND BEUTIFEL PLACES ESPECIALLY THE FOOD ITS # 1 WELL WE GOT OUR BAD PARTS LIKE OTHER PLACES DO BUT I WONT CHANGE NICARAGUA FOR ANYTHING
