This development is being sold as a good place to buy property and build a vacation home.Rancho Santana is a 1,700 acre reserve in Tola. They have a web site at Ranchosantana.com. I am looking for any comments from others that have done this or are considering this. For people living around there or Nicaraguans, please tell me what you think about this place specifically and this type of thing in general.
