looking for motivated people for upstart website

My name is Carl Travis and I am starting anew website which I hope to make the portal for information about travel, business and education in the centralamerican region. The website is searchcentralamerica.com
This site will feature reviews, links, travel reports, trip bookings and more specifically for the 7 countries in central America. As of right now there are no portal sites for all information and searches specifically for this region. I am looking to put together a small team who believes in this idea as much as I do. I need website developers, individuals in the different countries in the region willing to provide updates and insight and even a sales team to get advertising for the site.
