Please fill in the blanks those who can!!

Hello all!I'm taking a trip to Nicaragua in March and I have been reading alot of your postings and comments.Specialy the ones form Jorge Giraldez.I have finaly made a plan of what I want to do and where I want to go,I would only like if someone can answer the questions I leave behind and also if my trip is well planned or will I need modifications.Here goes:
1-From Managua I would like to go to Bluefields,I can go either by plane(100$~) or bus(8$) and boat(10$).Is the bus/boat ride safe or should I be cautious????
2-Once in Bluefields,I can take a taxi for (10c) to where I want.I would like to go to Hotel Tia Irene but do not know the costs of a room for her e-mail adress does not work.Please let me know how much???
3-Visit Laguna de Perlas and getting there is a 7$ Panga ride roundtrip.
4-Once in LAguna,go to Hotelito Casa Blanca(ask for Dell) and stay there for a night(20$ for 2people).Also go to "First Stop" and ask for Mr. Brown,he will tell me how to visit Pearl Cayes.Should I visit Pearl Lagoon???
5-From Bluefields to Corn Island,can I make it by boat or do I really have to take the plane???Please send me both costs???
6-In Corn Island,go to Le Paradiso Hotel but once again did not find the cost for a room.Please advise???
Take a Panga ride to little Corn Island,please advise me on the price for the Panga ride too??I can spend the nigh there for 20$ at the Iguana Hotel.Walk around little corn Island or ask Grant(Owner of the Iguana) on how to visit the Island or what to do!!
Well that's pretty much what I want to do,please advise me on the costs that I am missing and if u have any suggestions go right ahead,they will be appreciated!
