Basic accomodations in Granada

For those planning on travelling to Nicaragua, specially to the City of Granada, there is a clean, no frills "hospedaje" (dorm accomodation) for about 30.00 nicaraguan córdobas, it also serves as an internet café (1.00 córdoba per minute).
It's located on the western side of the Granada's Fire Dept (Cuerpo de Bomberos), the owner's name is Felix; he gets a good crowd and prices (specially the Cuba libre).
I recommend it.

I am planning on visiting Nicaragua later this year. I want to stay for about 4 to 6 months in Nicaragua and also visit the neighboring countries as well. If anyone knows of any great long term rental options, I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions!
