my wife and i are going to nica on the 29 of march to look for coastal property. we would like to find private land owners who are selling, NOT brokers. we want pacific side maybe 3 acres or so in the 25,000 dollar range. we would appreciate it if anyone was selling or knows someone selling. please e-mail me. thanks........stan
