Flying to Nicaragua, cheap !

Does anyone have any good info on flying to Nicaragua cheap from the USA? I'd like to fly down for 3 day weekends every month, but the tickets I've been able to find are $800-$1,000. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I suggest you talk to your local travel agent. I also search the web and the tickets I found were at that price. But I just went this weekend to a travel agent and she told me $299.

Try contacting a travel agent that has a contract with either TACA Airlines, or CONTINENTAL, they seem to have the lowest fares available.
