Nicaragua's Topography

One of the most important physical characteristics of the Pacific seacoast is the Península of Cosiguina, which drains into the Gulf of Fonseca. Coastal sites of geographical interest are the Chinandega-León estuaries, where the river branches flow inland in a serpeant like pattern. The country's finest beaches are located in the Tamarindo-Escalante region, while the coast of Rivas is dotted with many picturesque bays and keys. The bay of San Juan del Sur is outstanding for its natural beauty.
The Pacific Coast has many lovely beaches, the region averages 300 sunny days a year, making it an excellent vacation center, with tourist facilities remaining open year round.

that sounds wonderful. i was watching the travel channel yesterday thinking how exciting it would be to have someone go out to nicaragua and show all these beautiful places. i would be a good source of income for the country, as it is for costa rica to advertise tourism.

No entiendo, que es lo "que ya hicieron y no resultó?"

LO que ya hicieron fue un video de Nicaragua y lo presentaron en la expocision de Nicaragua Fair en Miami...con el proposito de venderlo a los Canales como Chanel, Discovery etc......incluso chanel 2 que es publico e informativo....y que crees....no dio bola...puede que sea por muchos factores como mala propaganda po no mucha, por que eso cuesta plaata, segundo por el no interes incluso de los Nicaraguense aqui, tercero la calidad de video, el narraje en fin muchos factores incluyeron en el desastre de el video. Ahora existen videos echos por la BBc de Londres e incluso por otras firmas Tanto Americanas como extranjeras que son bien echas pero que crees no ponen exactamente los puntos bonitos y atractivos de Nicaragua o sea no la explotan y dan una imagen que se le deveria dar...me entienden
