Hola, Orphanage support

Thank you all for the help in Nicaragua with leads to construction needs etc... I am very pleased to say that next week we go before Rotary Club in Athens Georgia USA to request donation to complete the cafeteria for an Orphanage near Masaya. A friend and I will cover what else is needed. This is exciting Masaya Lions and Masaya Rotary along with friends from Masaya are helping as well.

I would like to Thank ( even though they not see this) these fine groups with their efforts in providing a great atmosphere to schooling and development of these young people. The time they have all put into their community is a joy to be apart of.

March of this year we will finish with this project and move to another. No hand outs, hand up...

Nicaragua.Com, I appreciate your efforts and the upkeep of this site providing some of us a place for voice.

Thanks to several great people things are moving forward. March 5 we are able to start the cafeteria on the Orphanage. Rotary, Lions Clubs from Nicaragua and Georgia are helping with funds and labor. The 1500 sq foot building will be used for eating and class room. YA MON !!!

At the end of the week we are having a cook out over the grill and those who like and are there come! The Mayor and other good people will be there as well.

I am happy to say that this project has crossed over Religious and political boundary. Many people working together for a good cause.

Anyone wishing to donate money or other items please hold off until our next or donate to another worthy project (there are several on Nicanet.com...
