Cuidadela Orphanage is a reality!
We just concluded filing and obtaining legal deed to the 40 Mansanas located in El Crucero, Nicaragua. Legalized and registered with the state. Our plans to fence the area and begin construction in on its way.

Nicaragua Dependency of which the Ciudadela will consist. Ciudadela will be constructed of the following areas:

1) Chapel with a dormitory, bath, toilet and visiting room.

2) Two halls each one with capacity for 100 people with its respective baths and toilets and

garden areas.

3) One Hall, multiple uses with capacity for 200 people, platform stage with curtain and its respective men & womens Bathrooms gardens area surounding them.

4) Social Services: 10 houses each one with capacity for 10 children between 1 and 5 years with its respective preparation (Toilets, baths, laundry, clothes lines, area of garden surounding each one of the houses, etc.). In addition each one to the houses must have a dormitory with its respective services.

5) The Kitchen with its dining room, garden areas and good atmosphere.

6) 10 houses for unmarried mothers each one with capacity for 5 mothers with its respective preparation (Tolets, baths, laundry, clothes lines, area of garden, wrapped around each one of the houses, etc.). In addition each one to the houses must have a complete particular dormitory.

7) A house for the mothers who give lactancia with capacity for 10 mothers with their respective preparation (toilets, baths, laundry, tendederos of clothes, area of garden, runners around each one of the houses, etc.). In addition the house must have a complete private dormitory.

8) A Clinic/hospital according to the designs and necessities, specialties that You Judge advisable with room for ten beds.











9) The area corresponding to Techical training for qualification in the different branches from technical the vocacional education,

b) Court and preparation

c) Embroidering It types

d) Industrial Technician

e) Agronomy

f) Plastic Arts

g) Painting

h) Culinary arts

i) Pastrie baking

j) English Language class

k) Seminary Courses

10) General house, sleeping quarters for the nuns with 10 complete quarters or dormitories with its respective bathing areas

11) 30 private dormitories joint, contemplation

12) The premises to take care and house priests.



13) The recreational premises with fields, hall for pin pong, area of gymnasium, etc.

14) Area for animal farm: rabbits, hens, pigs, etc.

15) Area to cultivate vegetables, garden, etc. (Farm field)

16) Corridors, streets, gardens

17) A house for rehabilitation of alcoholics & Offices for administrative personnel with its respective spaces for archives, furniture of office, etc., (Office of director, box, accounting, etc.). In addition to the waiting room reception areas to the public.

18) A Kiosco for sale of refreshments, coffee and sandwiches.

19) 9 Classrooms to give class, each one with capacity of 25 students.

20)Lodge & Cabins, for guests and contributors. (all self contained)

21)Wind Generation electrical Plant

22)Windmills (well water extractors) grinders, pumps

Since my previous reply to this person's post I have reviewed the content of their post. There appear to be indications that this person might be running a scam. The following should be considered:

1. The hyperlink showing the property for the orphanage is an invalid link.

2. They state that no construction yet exists.

3. They have not posted any copies of their approval from the Nicaraguan government.

4. Jorge Giráldez-Benard uses a Post Office Box instead of a street address. Though legitimate businesses use post office boxes at times, scamsters ALWAYS use such addresses.

5. How can Jorge Giráldez-Benard run this operation from Florida? No information regarding Latin American Advisors Company Ltd. is provided. Is this a non-profit agency? Are contributions tax deductible?

I hope that anyone considering giving this man money will adequately investigate his background and the legitimacy of his operation. A call to the police in Coral Gables, Florida might be a good way to start, in order to find out if there are any warrants for his arrest. Their number is (305) 442-1600 in the USA.
