DEMONS

This is an excerpt from the Sabbath sermon:

I pray you worship God in spirit and in truth, that you may see the world as it is, which is with the spiritual eye. For the figure you know as the Sniper that is terrorizing the Washington, DC area, is a demon with a message for the servants of God. Do not call this figure crazy or insane, but the manifestation of evil. For it sees with the spiritual eye, and lives in the real world, which is the spiritual world, with an evil heart. For have you not learned that the unclean spirits knew Jesus and acknowledged him as the Son of God when they laid eyes upon him: but the common man who saw the world with the eyes of flesh, knew him not. Know therefore, that the demons see with the spiritual eye, because they are spiritual beings of evil, as we are spiritual beings of good.

Now let us trace the actions of this manifestation of a demon on earth known among men as the Sniper: this figure began its shooting spree with a bullet into the window of a store called Michael’s: not to harm anyone, but to reveal a clue to its purpose. Then this demon went on a shooting rampage, killing innocent people as they went about their normal life. And so that men might understand the purpose of these killings, the demon brought remembrance back to the name Michael when a victim was shot outside a Michael’s store. Then came the Death tarot card at the next shooting of a child, saying, “I am God”. This figure lives in the real world, which is the spiritual world, where the war between good and evil is at hand. This demon has declared war against the archangel Michael, which must occur on earth before it is fought in heaven. When you look into the lives of the victims, you will find good-hearted and innocent people. You will find God-fearing men, women, and children. Though the victims might be chosen at random, the unclean spirit of this figure knows the righteous hearts of the victims by reason of the spiritual knowledge in the spiritual world of good and evil. This demon is sent from the throne of Satan and manifested in flesh to slay innocent hearts because the falling away has come by reason of the Lamb’s book of life, that men might see the world as it is, which is with the spiritual eye of truth. For time is at hand. And unless a man can see these words of II Thessalonians with the spiritual eye, he shall be as one who is forever learning the Scriptures and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. So I pray that all men hear, and understand these words of II Thessalonians: “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that is God” (II Thessalonians 2:1-4).
