Need help finding my Nova Racheal - Please

Hola,

I need help finding a friend that I met in Costa Rica from Managua, Nicaragua. Her name is Grethel Isabel Jarquin Lara and I was to meet her in Managua in March for the first birthday of her child on march 27th.

I dont know how to find her but I do have most information off of her passport. The number that she gave me is for her cell but she has not activated it yet. Maybe she can't pay the bill on it.

I dont want to giveup looking for her but Managua is a very large city.

Please help..
