Wink new adventure

Hi everyone, I am very interested in Nicaragua, and am looking for a country to commute from to Canada. I am looking at real estate for a full time committment, and wanted to know if english will allow me to proceed in a normal fashion as I go about my new adventure in seeking a new destination for living, cheers all..T

English is the second lenguage in Nic. but still not many people speak it
it would be best for you to have a contact down in Nic. fluent in both lenguages. In the other hand, Real estate is still affordable and the demant keeps going up. so good luck in you new ventures
