Yes you can find people that speak Englis.

One of them is your countryman from BC that is based in San Juan del Sur. He is a Real state agent. He can get you in some of the best beach front properties in Nicaragua. Unfortunatly for Nicaraguan it is imposible to buy thoes properties now. Peopol like him and other Canadian, Europians and Americans have make it imposible for Nicaraguans to have properties in this areas. A small lot that use to cost about 5000USD two years ago now is over 40000 in an area Call Salinas Grandes. In San Juan del Sur is more expensive. This same gentleman from BC is one of the responsables for incresing the prices of land in Costa Rica. so now very few Costaricans can have a Beach fron property.

I will strongly recomend to you to go to the Atlantic Cost were English is the official laguage and land ship and aboundant. And please bring some idias with you to provide employment for people dow ther

Thank
