What's up everybody, My name is Bismarck Delgado from San Francisco, California USA. I'm from San Francisco and been here all my life. My Grandparents are from Nicaragua and came here to the States in the late 1940's. My Father, Uncles and Aunts all live here in the States yet none of us has been to Nicaragua. Me? I want to come but a couple of problems. Number # 1 I don't speak Spanish (huh? shocked??!!). I am of Miskito/Italian descent, but I don't know anything about the country. Growing up here in San Francisco, the Mission District and and for the most part in California, the Mexican culture overshadows the rest of the latino population even though I'm of Mexican and American Indian descent. What goes on in Nicaragua?? What foods do most restuarants serve or what is a usual everyday meal on the menu??? Could someone help me out?? |
