Hi, everyone!

I am very pleased to have found this board.
I am from the Washington D.C. area, and I visited Nicaragua in 1992. It was the most fun I've ever had!!!
Those of you from Nicaragua-- you have a very beautiful country, and I wish I could go back. I visited Managua, Masaya, Esteli, and the ocean on the south side. Oh, by the way, does anyone know how I could have something shipped to me from the market in Masaya? I really want a giant hammock!!! ;-)
Anyway I have wonderful pictures of the volcano, the prison on the hill, the lagoons, the central square with the parks. If anyone knows others from La iglesia cantico nuevo, I would love to get in touch with you. My spanish is very bad, pero estoy aprendiendo.

It would be great if you can summit your pictures to our photo gallery which is very "anemic" at the moment and it could use a boost. I'm glad that you had a great time; it's been 20 years since I've been to Nicaragua. C'est la vie!
