Hola Dallas
I use to live in Wichita Falls. I now divide my time between Cape Canaveral, Florida and San Juan del Sur. This might be a little out of the way but an option for you for your next visit to Nicaragua. http://www.worryfreevacations.com flies charters from Dallas to Liberia, Costa Rica.
