Is it possible to drive from Managua to Bluefields, and if so, what condition is the road for the last way where the paved road ends?

road can be extremely poor. I suggest taking a 4x4 or SUV to help you get over the conditions of the road. Also it's best to take someone who knows the roadways from Managua to BF.
