internet access in Nicaragua

Is there cable internet access in Nicaragua? I heard that Bell South offers internet service down there. Is that true? Can you get a connection that is on 24/7 with a flat monthly fee and unlimited data transfer? Can you also get an unlimited phone line down there where you pay a flat fee per month for unlimited local calling so that you would not have to pay per minute charges? I want to be able to connect to the internet down there and have unlimted access for a monthly fee. Possible?
