Rentals in Granada

I am moving to Granada in 2004. I have been looking for rental information on line, but can only find advertisements for vacation type rentals. Is there a site that lists long term rentals? Any ideas on what I might pay for a year's lease on a furnished two bdrm/two bath house or apartment with AC?
My plan is to rent before buying while I decide definitely where I want to put down roots.
