Moving to Nica soon

Hello, my wife and i are moving to the pacific side of nica as early as september 2003..we are looking at san juan del sur..is there anyone out there from SJDS that can point me in the right direction???..we are not bums..she is university educated and i own a small business in california..we are planning on living in SJDS, or nearby, and are looking for contacts, future friends and pen pals..any takers..
