Buying property and/or working in Nicaragua

Just wondering if anyone out there has had any expierence with buying property or working in Nic.? Bob and I will be going in Nov. and hope to spend the winter checking this out with the intent of staying for good. Any ideas,expierences,or comments welcome. P.S. I lived in Mexico for 10 yrs. and speak Spanish

you can try to check Global Property Guide Home
il be purchasing property in nica and it has greatly helped me in terms of the information i need to get through the process. they have a buying guide, tips, information about rent, etc. good luck to all on your move. but it is not a realtor.
