spanish language schools

I have never been to Nicaragua but I would like to go in July to attend a Spanish language school. In checking out the Net, Granada, San Juan del Sur, and Leon sound interesting. Can anyone recommend a Spanish language school in any of these cities? Any information on why they would be a good choice is appreciated. Will the weather in July be better in one city over another? Thank you for any help you can give!
