Pistola era del abogado del griego Peter Tsokos

Policía da a conocer resultados del peritaje balístico del asesinato del
presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Bluefields

La bala que mató al licenciado Francisco García Valle, presidente de la
Cámara de Comercio de Bluefields y esposo de la doctora María Luisa Acosta,
coordinadora del Centro de Asistencia Legal a Pueblos Indígenas de
Bluefields, fue disparada con la pistola propiedad de Peter Martínez,
abogado del griego, Peter Tsokos.

Esta revelación, realizada por el Laboratorio de Criminalística de la
Policía Nacional, es un adelanto importantísimo en el esclarecimiento del
crimen de García, hecho registrado el pasado 8 de abril del año en curso.

Un informe del Laboratorio de Criminalística de la Policía Nacional, señala
que el proyectil calibre 25, extraído del cuerpo de García y sometido a un
peritaje, fue disparado con la pistola marca Lorcin, calibre 25, serie
número 3323458, propiedad de Peter Martínez, abogado del griego Tsokos.

El informe que fue enviado al jefe de la Policía Nacional de la Región
Autónoma del Atlántico Sur, subcomisionado Oswaldo Pérez Woo, con fecha tres
de septiembre, señala que se logró establecer coincidencias tanto en
características generales como particulares, entre los proyectiles
disparados experimentalmente con el arma de Martínez y el proyectil extraído
del cuerpo del asesinado Presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Bluefields.

El proyectil investigado por Criminalística reveló que tenía un alto grado
de alteración producida por el rozamiento sobre una barrera, es decir, el
cuerpo del asesinado García Valle.

Se trata de un proyectil de plomo con recubrimiento de material similar al
teflón de color cobrizo. El arma utilizada en el crimen fue una pistola
semiautomática marca Lorcin, calibre 25, serie No. 332358.

Valle, profesor universitario, fue amordazado, torturado y asesinado en su
casa de habitación por tres hombres, uno de ellos fue identificado como Iván
Argüello Rivera, guardaespaldas y chofer de Peter Tsokos, quien actualmente
se encuentra prófugo de la justicia.

Argüello fue sentenciado con auto de segura y formal prisión por el juez
penal del Distrito de Bluefields, Julio Acuña Cambronero, como presunto
autor material del hecho. En ese entonces, Peter Tsokos y Peter Martínez
fueron sobreseídos definitivamente.
