Hello!!!!

I am curious about the crime rate/safety of nicaragua....it is said it is the 2nd safest south american country...uruguay being first. Is this true??? And are the nicaraguan people friendly??? I am curious about the country and plan on visiting and perhaps starting a b&b business there with my wife (who is from chile)...we have two young children, which is why i am concerned about the safety issue...
