Broadband Internet access in Nicaragua

Hi, just joined here, I hope this is a good source of info. Anyway, I'm interested in an extended stay in Nicaragua but my job relies on a stable, fast internet connection. Can anyone tell me what the availability is there? Is it available outside the major cities? Along the coast (either one )?
