Just joined. Looking for retirement property hope to find help here or meet friends. Would like to live on East coast corn isles etc.

Hey,
I just bought a small finca a couple of months back near Jinotepe. Hope you find what you are looking for.
If you don't already have a very good friend in Nicaragua find one before you purchase anything, it is an involved process to purchase land but can be done more quickly than here in the states if you give a few extra dollars to all involved. Mike
