I like the jokes and the warmth of your "DICHOS" like granma
used to say. She was a wondeful person, May God have her
smiling I know that for a fact.!
She used to tell me all about the beauty of Nicaragua
lakes & rivers, mountains and towns, fruits, the mix-culture, the stories from our family, the pretty young and
the beautiful people of nicaragua. The jokes and the pass times.

Hi Smooth,
I also live in California (in L.A.) and I believe the dream will continue to be alive for as long as we keep our "patria hermosa" in our hearts. It is the memories of my family, my friends and all the other hermanos who live in Nicaragua that made it possible for me to live and be happy in the U.S. I go to Nicaragua every year, and each time I go is as though I never left. I hope that through this website we can continue to be in touch. May God bless you too.

Si Nicaragua fuera una enfermedad nadie quisiera inventar vacuna ni medicina para curarla. Seria mejor que si fuera y se pudiera regar por todo el mundo con su variedad de todo lo que tiene. Ya les gustaria a muchas otras nacionalidades poder decir lo que nosotros podemos de Nicaragua, aun y con la pobreza y la guerra y los sandinistas.......Tiene aun tanto que ofrecernos que aun nos hace sonreir y vibrar de orgullo.

" You've got that right!!!" let's all be positive, and keep that dream alive, I love to remember that "My Nicaragua" has taste!!! como una comida que se saborea, mi padre es de Inglaterra y su familia, y yo amo mucho a mi padre, pero le digo, que yo siento la familia de mi madre "Nica" mas real, mas sencilla, y mas "No se como explicarlo" que su propia familia, el me respeta mis ideas, y dice que si puede comprender pues en las cosas mas sencillas esta la mejor vida, pero donde yo haya ido y vivido, que han sido "Holanda, Inglaterra, y "Escosia?" yo he explicado que mi tierra es linda y que deberian visitarla, especialmente su naturaleza tan real, y la carinosa gente que es natural de alla, yo vivo en Miami, y estare visitando Nicaragua pronto, tengo tres hermanos mas y dos hermanas, yo soy el segundo de mi familia y ya tres de mis hermanos han casado con Nicas, asi que imaginate como nos sentimos arraigados a nuestras raices,bien "Congratulations for keeping our roots strong for the world we now live on, cheers...Billy "Joe"
