MENDIOROZ / MALDONADO Vital Records

I am just starting genealogical research for my ancestors in Nicaragua. My grandparents, Roldolfo Luciano MENDIOROZ and Olga Maria MALDONADO, emigrated from Masaya to San Francisco, California in October of 1929. Rodolfo was born 3 June 1897 to Luciano MENDIOROZ and Ester ZUNIGA. Olga was born 14 March 1905 to Manuel MALDONADO and Carlota BERMUDEZ. As far as I know, Rodolfo and Olga were both born and married in Masaya. I am interested in information on where to search for baptismal and marriage records in Masaya. I would also be interested in where I might find death records for my great-grandparents as well. My great-grandfather Manuel MALDONADO was something of a local celebrity... he was a poet and a contemporary of the great Nicaraguan poet, Ruben Dario. Any information would be helpful.
