Hi folks, I've just registered here for the first time and I would like to test the waters, as it were. I am looking for any and all info on the Cerna family from Managua. As I understand it, my maternal grandfather's name was either Eduardo or Ernesto Cerna. He was supposedly involved in politics(mayor?) during the very early part of the last century. Is there any way to tap into vital records in Managua ala e-mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am very proud of my latin heritage and would like to learn all I can about it. Thank you in advance.

There is no way to "tap" via e-mail onto vital records.
I know a well know coffee grower named Mario Cerna, also has a son with the same name, and also another one named Norman Cerna; they all live in Managua, but don't know exactly what part of Nicaragua they come from. Norman's "snail-mail" address: Apartado Postal E-6 Managua, Nicaragua. Good Luck. |
