Looking for family

I am looking for information about the Delgado family who once owned several hotels in Managua (late 1950-early 1960's). My mother (from Bad Godesburg, Germany) was briefly married to W. before they divorced and she took me to Los Angeles when I was just a few years old. I was born in 1958 in Germany, but did not learn of my true lineage until I was 18. Language, geography and political upheaval has prevented my search for the family. My interest is purely emotional, not financial, and do not wish to disrupt anyone's life.

Nevertheless I would very much like to establish contact if that is possible. Can anyone tell me how I might pursue this search?
