Seeking Family

Hi, my name is Jasiri Manzanarez and I'm looking for family in Nicaragua. I don't have much information, so I know this is somewhat of a stretch, but I would appreciate any kind of help.
My fathers name was Joaquin Manzanarez. His mother was a Portuguese woman named Gertrudes DaFonseca. His Fathers name was Manzanarez (I don't know the first name). Apparently, they met in New York City shortly before my father was born (1958). After he was born, they broke up due to the urging of his God Mother. After that, he never heard from his father again. They lived on 160th street in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York.
I know this isn't much to go by, but I know absolutely nothing about my heritage or any relatives I might have. It is very important to me that I if I do have any family out there, I am able to reach out to them. I can be emailed at Jasiri160@yahoo.com
