Looking for family in Nicaragua?

Hello all!

I am currently working with a client from Nicaragua who is trying to track down an Aunt from back home. He has her name, the town she is/was living in, and the name of the street but no house number. Can someone tell me if it is possible to track someone down with this amount of information and, if so, what are the odds(I don't want to get his hopes up if the odds are very small.)? Any help will be greatly appreciated! :-)

Let me put it to you this way, IF you had a house number, .... The mail would probably NOT get there.
Addresses in Nicaragua are very peculiar, so, I believe that you have the needed info.
