Thai Restaurant in Granada

Hi,

I am an American currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. I am contemplating a permanent move to Granada next year. Once there I would like to set up an authentic Thai restaurant. My questions are if there are enough tourists/foreigners/locals who might probably support a Thai restaurant.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
