Thumbs up Coffee wood

Hola amigos.

I have been to Leon and Masaya, on a work/medical trip I took years ago, and have developed a deep affection for Nicaragua and its people. I am a woodworker living in New Mexico, USA and I am trying to set up business relations with coffee and coconut growers throughout Latin America, but especially in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. I am interested in purchasing wood (logs) from the coffee tree (Coffea arabica L.) and coconut palm, especially hardwood from the bottom outer part of the tree trunk. Does anyone here know of coffee and or coconut growers in NIcaragua who would be willing to sell wood to my organization? If so, please put me in touch with them or vice versa. We will pay a fair price and cover of course shipping. We would buy wood on a continuous basis from a good supplier. Thanks for whatever help and information you can provide to me.

Cordially, Dr. John K. Scariano
