hello can anyone help me with information on construction cost per meter for middle class quality, the average cost of labor and cost of material.

also on getting a full liuqor licence for a bar/rest.and operating licence with steps for aquiringit.

as far as land purchasing, what can I expect to pay for 1,2 or 3 manzanas of beach front on the pacific side if I negociate directly with title owner.

I am planing on building a 120 sq meter home in Jinotepe in the next 5 months. The latest prices I got are between $350 to $450 per square meter for quality construction. Land prices vary from very cheap to moderately high. If you are thinking near the coast you better hurry.

hey any hints on what are of pacific still affordable beach front or close ocean view property can be found and what price range could be expected.
