I want to invest in Nicaragua. help

What do you guys suggest? I have been looking at buying tons of land by the ocean near San Juan Del Sur. I sent my cousin down there to investigate the posibilities for me, but he failed. I don't have time unfortunately because of my own business here in the U.S. But would like to get information or partners that would be willing to help me run and operate. I am thinking of a resort by the beach, near the Ship ports, with boat rentals, car rentals ,taxi services, restaurant and much more. Let me know if you are experienced in that area or interested. I would front all the money of course. Thanks.

Hi Deeperimage, I think that's a nice idea, I just came back from Nicaragua and spent some time in the San Juan area, I also have some beautiful pictures from the area, i rented a bike and went riding along the coast several miles and saw some good places that fit what you're looking for, they're undeveloped and you better hurry that they're selling COMO PAN CALIENTE.

How close to San Juan Del Sur and how much land are you looking for. We are looking at 2 very large parcels, but they are outside of San Juan. Also we are devloping land on lake Granada for a marina hotel and condos. If you have an interest in the Granada area let us know.

have developed a new and interesting design for a vacation package.
The package would cost somewhere along the lines of $1,200 USD and
would last one week exactly. If you do the math, 300 people visit this
island a week. Thats 1,200 people a month making around 1.4 million
USD from package sales. Doing this for a year will make around 17
million USD, which will pay off island resort construction and yearly
overhead. The package price could raise during peak periods. Using new
and innovative technologies the yearly overhead can be significantly
reduced. The concept willl also need little marketing because of
international interest should do the trick. An investor with
construction or resort backround would be a plus. The investor would
take the largest share of percentages from the profit.
